Not everything goes great all the time, but there are always things to be thankful and grateful for. Life gets us down, but by remembering the good things can we become happier and less stressed.

My second list of ‘on the bright sides’:
• My mom got a new job and it’s a promotion from her previous endeavor
• My brother survived his weekend at EDC
• After almost two years, I finally caught up with a friend I studied abroad with in Japan
• Made new friends my age - super fun and successful group of young professionals
• Spent a good Sunday with mama. She even got me a little gift!
• Ghosty is filling out and getting more chubby

I hate them a lot of times, but I love my family a lot of times too. I am especially grateful for the people (and dogs) in my life and my friends, who manage to distract me from life’s troubles every weekend.
